Quarterly BAS due dates

July to September28 October

Before you start

  1. 1.Export the quarter’s bank statement
  2. 2.Gather your receipts
  3. 3.List the invoices you issued

Categorise

  1. 4.Review the uncertain transactions
  2. 5.Check GST on purchases
  3. 6.Split private use

Labels

  1. 7.G1 total sales and 1A GST on sales
  2. 8.G10 capital purchases and G11 non-capital purchases
  3. 9.1B GST on purchases
  4. 10.PAYG instalment, if it appears

Lodge

  1. 11.Log in to ATO Online and open the statement
  2. 12.Enter each label in whole dollars and lodge
  3. 13.Pay by the due date

After

  1. 14.File the PDF with your records
  2. 15.Set aside for next quarter
